On his "Top 10" segment, CBS's David Letterman listed the top ten highlights of Gov. Sarah Palin's trip to New York, number two being: "Bought make-up at Bloomingdales to update 'slutty flight attendant' look.'" No demands for Letterman's de-sponsorship to this day.
